versatile and convenient hurricane protection systems
available. The
roll-downs can be manufactured for either manual or motorized
operation. Motorized options include manual over-ride,
remote control (with integrated receiver),
or regular wall switch.
Our battery operated
remote control can
operate as many as 6
roll-downs simultaneously.
TheABSOLUTE 2000™ SHUTTER
is available in 40mm, 58mm, and 60mm slat sizes. A special
End Retention System is available on the 58mm and 60mm
slat sizes. All three sizes are available without the
end retention hardware. Roll-Down shutters equipped with
end retention hardware can span up to
24’ without storm bars (dependent upon the design
pressure of the opening).
Our standard line of
Roll-Downs is manufactured to meet Florida Building Codes
(FBC). We also offer
Roll-Downs that meet the HVHZ criteria of the FBC (also
referred to as
Miami-Dade Code).
Roll-Down come in four colors: white, ivory, beige, and
bronze.
